Fahrenheit 451 essay

   All people have their own and different attitudes and way of thinking,but Clarisse and Beatty are by far the most different i know. They both have a completely different way of seeing things. Ray Bradbury uses tone and diction to get the reader to understand how each of the characters is and thinks is. Beatty is more strict and goes by the rules that others in the past have imposed just because he thinks its right and doesn't wonder if there is another way of doing things. On the other hand Clarisse is very curious of how things happen and why.    The way the author uses diction and tone to describe Beatty is by making Beatty seem mean and ignorant about others beliefs and opinions. when Beatty goes to visit Montag when he is sick Mildred does everything he tells her to do very fast as if he would do something to her if she didn't. Also the way Ray Bradbury phrases him makes him sound very demanding and rude. When he talks about Clarisse in very bad ways it helps the reader
